Soft funkt with dongle ,update client not - GSM-Forum

how can it be ? under XP Sagmaster software fukt with sagmaster dongle , but update client dont see the sagmaster dongle , userport is installed ,wen i try to start it's show ''priveleged instruktion'' then i try to run it in compatibility mode and it does'nt se the dongle

under win98 all worked well

Its problem with system 100%
check your system or antyvir etc...

use latest instal setup v18
