still cant update my dongle - GSM-Forum

hi,

how many posts i must start until i update my dongle?!? 5 days and nothing... what is the problem!? yesterday you was here and you dont reply any of my mails and even my posts... what must i do to get the update to unlock this fones i have here???? i send you mails with attach file of the problem i was getting and no answer from you...what is the problem!? my dongle its not cloned so i think i have to get support for this and no one is giving this.
first no code for 3 days and then you told me to choose other e-mail adress becouse your server have some problems with some providers and after i choose hotmail account i recieve it in secounds. and now i cant update my dongle with win 98, no antivirus (is one pc where i just use software for fones).
i will wait for your answer.

Put direct you dangle IN LPT of PC.....tray 3 or 4 time all will be OK sur

dongle is conected direct to lpt... i already try more then 50 times and still giving me the same.

how long takes to update dongle?
somethimes i get one line moving and then goes to secound one and showing moving for hours and dont make anything... i leave already for 8 hours and dont update nothing.

i try with 4 diferent pcs.... all same problem.. cant update dongle. can you please see what is the problem or i still have to send more mails to support until i get a solution for this!?
