contact reseller for change device....
i have the same problem...

only solution........

this is a gr8 way to do business.. more courier expenses....

so this is a hazardous way for SCDRII.... keeping it lying quitely away from sunlight and any other harmful resources will kill it lol

never met such a situation in 5 yrs

if you have problem on this dongle try next time online update
if dongle deat h contact with reseller
you maybe need change dongle to new

and what about the dongle that don't support wonu s1,s3 sg342i , myx4

mate i have both of your tools and i can say anything wrong on sagmaster. It has been loyal from the very beginning. However from when i got SCDRII jsut a couple of days ago i could not update it to V9. Tried every time of the day on 3 different PCs. With Sagmaster i had no such problems. Using the update tool does not find it anymore. What is strange is that i left it on my desk , then tried it and found it with this problem. Will contact my rseller and see what can be done .. hoepfully replaced without more charges.
