From 07-02-2007 till 09-02-2007 our server will be disabled for some improvements, we very apologize for all problems, but this is needed for proper server work.

have you ever heard about userport ? if yes and doesn't work start SCDR in win98se compatibility mode, tested on a machine where userport doesn't work
