Hi my friend use the software you have to downgrade the phone using e616 flash file, when it has finished put battery back in then start the phone this should cure the problem if not pm me telling me wha its doing and i will get back to you.

& i have com9 on Phone

u can change your ports from
right click and properties >hardware>device manager> ports > double click >port setting>advanced

There is no option there to Change PORTS :(
