Call me stupid, but I need help with 338 - GSM-Forum

Just bought this USB on ebay, which included a cd with all necessary software needed. I have installed all that, but still, the computer can't seem to find neither the USB nor the phone. I don't have a clue what to do. Do I have to change some settings on the phone? I just want to transfer some pics, nothing more... If anyone knows anything that can help me I would be much greatfull ^_^
