hi, to unlock nec c616v is it the same as e616v, itryed with spear software but only genrates 1 code nck , tryed it but still the same (phones are brand new uk boxed) anyone any ideas!

Hi this is no problem read phone as e616v get nck , enter it then insert 02 sim etc and spck is now locked read again then enter spck ........ otherwise spck relocks later when customer has gone

No Mate, C616v cannot be unlocked at the moment, NEC/3G have stoped unlocking by code on all phones sold recently, due to this unlocker, YOU CANNOT UNLOCK NEW/RECENTLY BOUGHT NEC'S WITH SPEARS OR SIMILAR SOFTWARE.

I got ten c616v to unlock but only this one would not let me enter codes .

the calculator give me #4960*70675590#*4960*70675590*70675590#
and nothing work

is there any solution

I have been gifted by my uncle a NEC e616v mobile which are functioning properly but it is not accepting the local sim like Ufone in Pakistan. If any body can guide me to unlock this. regards, saeed.
