nec 338 usb dev. not recognized - GSM-Forum

I have nec338 corupted, only white screen reseting. I tried to connect to usb cable but still usb dev. not recognized. On screen is A: B: but there is yellow screen and it should be blue. With other 338 all is ok, blue screen and A: B: too. So cable and drivers are ok. Where is problem?

Try to perform an eeprom reset with serial cable ( not usb ) and post result.

some communication was ok by com cable but still white screen and reseting. Maybe some HW problem :-(

This is HW fault open phone and rehot.
