nec e616 keypad tone ok but when making call no sound in speaker

in nec e616 keypad tone is ok but when make call no sound in speaker anyone know how to solve this problem?

You Have Got About Three Options Here.
Clean The System Connector Popularly Called Charging Port; If Not Okay, Change In A New Ear Piece, And If The Problem Is Still The Same, It May Be Software Problem.
