NEC E808 dead after stabilized 4V power - GSM-Forum

Today i recieved one Nec E808 with network problem (as the customer said), i opened the phone and then i noticed that there wasn't any signe that the phone was unlocked before (no soldering on phone RX TX GSND TPs) so i decided to unlock the phone (as i thought that the customer hadn't understand the problem of his phone). I made TPs and tried to unlock it with redbox and 4V Power stabilized. I noticed at the first time that the phone consume 200mA even switched off. after many tries to unlock the phone it didn't even connect with redbox so i gave up. Then when i tried to power it up it was dead: it consume the 200mA and didn't react when i push power on button.
Please can someone help me to solve this problem because i only gave 4V to the phone and redbox did nothing to the phone 'it didn't connect).

you make tp and press power? so the phone goes to dead ? explain !!

No not exactly, i pressed many times on everytime the soft ask me to power on the phone but the phone switchs ON and don't boot on redbox. so i decided to give up unlocking, i assamble the phone then i tried to switch it on and it was dead!!!
Impossible that could be software problem because the phone is not detected but it switch on.
