Driver+soft+USB driver for only W XP(NEC 343i) ,many thanks advance.Brgds

When I connect my N343i phone to my computer and load the software
Handset Manager doesnt get past "Trying to connect to handset"
Do I need to switch a feature on the mobile to get it to connect ot the pc?

Error in device manager:
Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41).The same story I so many times.I need for W XP (nec 343i XP driver and soft also). All drivers are only for W 95-98.Brgds and waiting info or news....
I checked all drivers and I try to use all soft prms-no any result .How to fix........?
