HELP!!!

I live in Poland. I have ERA Simcard. I have bought NEC E313 and it doesn't work with ma card.
How to unlock this phone?
How to take off the simlock?
please help.

i have this same problem i have era sim card too anybody please help!!!!!!!!!!solution with code unlocking doesn't work
