Pls help me on this, I have Redbox II but don't know how to unlock this phone cuz any time I try the response is power on the and after powering it the only you see is error

install nec n525 drivers you can find it in red box support use usb cabel see device manger ports(com &lpt) and see in wich com the pc see your phone then choese the corecct com dont forget the phone must be powerd on
