Hi Flux Capacitor,

To do a hard reset on your Boulder device follow this path:
Menu>Settings&Tools>PhoneSettings>Security>Restore Phone

If a password is required, your default password are the last 4 numbers of your wireless number unless you changed it.

For additional information about your phone's features please find the phone's user guide at the link below:
