Can you show log in order to see any issues? Also, you are using latest soft version and the device it's not patched right?

Well log may help without log we are not sure about possible issues, also be sure no sim it's inside the phone

Searching phone;

Phone must be powered off;
Keep pressing the power button if serial used !

Hi. I'm complete new on this world. I download MTKReader _ v1.0.0.270 install drivers and try run MTKReader . exe on WIN XP 32 SP3. The software open and immediately close. I try to unloick Alcatel OT510A from At&T.
Can you help me?
