help i cant log in


hello sir!
kindly help me here.
For three days now i cant seem to work with furious box pack13. as in any time i run the application i will get this message.
challenge-response timed out, while logging in with furious box.
Sir this has piece me off for three days now.
Does anyone knows what is the problems ?
Though i can log in with password but cant do any job with it as it kept telling me that my license has expired.

You must have pack13 programmed. Else wont work. ANd it also wont work if the pack is expired

PACK13 expiration date and box expiration date have nothing to do. Must check on the packs tab when the pack13 expires
