Bro just install driver 1st then press unlock n then insert USB cable it will go smoothly n all done.,,,no tough job its very easy

Is it compatible with Windows 2000 and Vista?

When i tried to execute the program, it won't work, even i have disabled kaspersky.

It will work after you buy it. That soft isnt free
