We checked the problem and is becaus eyou are using wrong drivers. Must use usb_driver_U8810-U8815.zip from support and will work 100%

Huawei Ascend Y301-A1 is listed as supported. I have it from MetroPCS. Can i unlock a single phone using this tool? how and what would it cost?

It will cost you more tan the pone. I suggest you to find out an unlocker or purchase a code. The cost of this pack it's aroun 60-90$ (Have not the prices now...)

If the phone is asking for the unlock code i suggest you to buy the unlcok code for it from Unlock Codes for Cell Phone | iTunes iPhone Factory Unlock Best Price . It will be much cheaper then buying the tool just for 1 phone
