i try to find beckup but i can,t see any beckup file in my pc i was just atach new mobile 6034r with pc after he go on android logo i try to find with amdo but i amdo not fined any phone then i plug out phone after phone hang on logo

Ok, so actually soft never connected with your phone and has nothing to do with the stuff you complain about, that's why no backup because no connection ever made with the phone. And there's no need to select any model on our soft since the detection is automated
