i am trying to change cid on a desire 310, the phone detects fine but during the process the whole thing hangs and i have to kill the app through task manager as its totally unresponsive, is this an issue with 64 bit systems maybe? what is the best environment for running the tool? win 7/8/xp?

Should work on all. Be sure is not some issue created by your antivirus.

It's normal not to exist if the latest version is 1.0.0.834. And you ahev full install here
