Hi,

I checked the phone and all the codes are 00000000 as the soft shows. What the phone asks with restricted sim ? Also after the unlock you must remove the usb and battery and power the phone manually !!!! I suggest to format phone from the soft and try again

2. download root file (CF-Auto-Root)
3. root phone using Odin
4. start up phone
5 . reset phone
