I have tried to install MTKReader, versions 1.0.0.63 then 1.0.0.118, on two different PC-s, one running windows XP and the other with windows 7.

On both machines I am having the same problems:

-two COM ports successfully install when I connect OT-918 (powered off) and show in Device Manager (briefly, for less than 2 seconds) and then they disappear.

-When I try to start MTKReader it starts, its window appears for less than one second and then stops.

I simply can't start MTKReader. What could be the problem?

This is isnt an free soft so offcourse it wont work. Simple

not possible, i've tried with ot991, phone can't make stable connection with remoted pc
btw, i connected my pc and laptop via hamachi and usb sharing when i've tried this
