530 login incorrect - GSM-Forum

when ever i try to download files from the support area, i get the following error "530 login incorrect", i just faced this problem today.

i searched the fourm and i found that only one person faced this problem n his problem was solved by just restarting the computer. well i did it but still the same problem and i'm using Firefox

please advice

same here mate ........................... yesterday was normal downloading flash file but today same error 530 login incorrect...

even i tried in a new load pc same problem using the latest firefox 3.5.3
