I have reset the software , but due to enterprise policy i have to set the password when i try to unlock using Blackberry smart tool 1.0.0.1219 with fast code code read disabled and unlock selected i get this error

Searching for usb device ...
Booting usb device ...
ERR_MSG:

any solution please?

Well if you have 0 try left then nothing can be done at the moment

Something can be done, give paid solution, and we will pay. How can a whole Fteam not able to give solution to 0 mep?
