9500 storm help please

tryed to read code on 9500 but it said mass storige mode needed to be swiched as i dont know my way around a blackberry i normaly just reset the phone ie enter code wrong then the phone resets and i unlock noprob but with this storm this time the clock appeared gose white then black thes resets and keeps doing that ive tried to connect to blacbberry to flash it but with threseting im getting no update needed is there a way of stablising the phone so it can be flashed regards

hi i put the phone lock wrong to reset the phone for unlocking now it just resets over and over any help with this regard
