i have black berry 9700, customer gave to me unlock purpose, i tried on furiousgold it read code successfully but when i put the code manually it say code error

i think your counter has been resetted 0 so you can not attemt next setps on in your soft only solution in dm3 it will make successfully unlock in this problem
