Hello

I try and check the status info and get error 02.

If I try to unlock then it detects phones, test mode ok, read some information from the phone then gives error.

I check in to see how many credit I have and I have 2 .

What am I doing wrong????

Yes, Your box Sn received and checked. First of all please check if u use the latests version of Nec module. To download it you have to run Maintainance sw/ go support/ download / install/ FG/ Beta modules - Necm2.
And as i see on your box account are 3 credits left only. So for some models you have to have 5 credits on account at least. For more details please read here http://www.furious-gold.com/blog/ind...n-furious-gold

Ok I have installed the latest version M2 V 1.0.0.267

I have 3 logs and need to unlcok an nec 411i, which takes 1 log

If I reset user code only it works 100%.

If I try an unlock I get

PHONE DETECTED !
> TEST MODE DONE !
> PHONE INFO:
> MODEL: 411i
> SW VER: FADC0C0R
> FLEX VER: 30AUKFADD0C0RN
> SERIAL: 3801509300558995
> IMEI: 356122000787228
> ERROR ... !

Please advise what I try next

Hello freind,

I follow your instruction and sent my refill string and got the recharge code: but when open the treo module and select the ask refill then there an error comes out: > ERROR: 00

What would be the problems? I never used my free credit logs for my new box and I never unlocked any single phone. here is my details

Man have you read update announce ? Yopu must have inside PACK 2 if u plan use NEC with logs not PACK1 as you have.
