about annualm support fee ? [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i have furious gold with pack 1 2 3 and 5 and i know that after i year i have to pay annual charges in order to get continue support. Know i have purchased new BlackBerry tool dongle with pack 4 , I just want to know from product manager that should i have to pay seperate annual charges for my BOX and furthur seperate annual charges for my BB dongle or only for BOX ? waiting for reply sir.

If those are two different physical devices you must pay for each serial or device.

Dear sir i got your point but one thing furthur i would like to know that is it possible to transfer all my pack 1 -2 - 3 - and 5which is in my FURIOUS BOX , in to this dongle along with pack 4 which is already included ? if yes what is the procedure ? The reason to ask this question is that i heared by somebody that this dongle got a lot of capacity to drive all five pack in a time . Plz waiting for your guidence.

That's not true, you can try, update PACK4 in your dongle and if it has 140600 bytes then it will be possible to load them all. But nearly sure your dongle will have like 44000 more or less. Which means only two packs at the same time
