hi fg team i also face this problem.it is very terible for old user.acording to my knowldge pack 1 and 2 is not require new activation anly pack 3 activation needed.there is a lot of old costomer of fg, fg is usless for them till then u fix this problem for them,therefor i requested kindly do imidiat hard work for old users me and they were in big trouble.

Well I have just purchased the extra one years update and still no better off. Before this I was able to update between Modules Packs 1 and 2, but now I cannot update to Modules Pack 1 ?? Only 2 and 3 are updateable.

Apparently there isnt enough space in my dongle to update it.

it is too hard for us to be obliging every time to upgrade the dongle with different packs why not let it with one firmware global pack so we can use it with all software and if we have no internet to any cause what to do to work with the other modules furious team you must think about this issue it is very important for a dongle to be easy to work with (think about a solution)

I have a problem...
my account expired 1 month ago ..but worked fine for update packs or modules ,,and a week ago no work ..and my box only work with pack 3 ..for siemens..before Ican update modules without problem...with account expired ..(can`t download files ,,but this is logical) but no I understand what happens???...why not work for update modules??...
if before worked with account expired ???? (only for updates modules)

ACCOUNT EXPIRED = no downloads files or software updates

account expired = can update packs ?????...before Ican
