Account serial number mismatch ! - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have had this problem for a while now and have emailed steve but have had no response.

I have been a furious customer for over 4 years and have changed my email address and it seams I can't get any customer service anymore.
My serial number has worn off after 4 years. Is their anyway to find out what it is?

I paid my 60 erou or support access over a month ago and havn't been able to use it.

Please someone at furious team help me. I starting to get frustrated.
