Its because you use old exe version. Use latest from support ! Ultima versiune e 7634

With last version I get the unlock code but
the code is wrong.

Because M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-6170 , CCI:ACER Unknown 5.039.00 doesnt accept unlock codes. Must flash lower version and will work

Use 5.043 version. The code isnt wrog since is readed from the device itself. Upgrade device with.
