Because you dont understand how the stuff works. You must do following steps:

1. SELECT PACK 4 + 1 YEAR AND PRESS ADDD TO CART
2. SELECT 1 YEAR SUPPORT AND ADD TO CART

And you will see it requires 99 BLINGS
