after unlock vodafone 902t by toshiba..usim error

Dear Supporters

I unlocked Vodafone 902t by toshiba.it is successfully unlocked with TOSA module.But now I have the error

"
usim error

this usim card can not be used "

what is the problem...steps I did..

1.Again unlock and insert sim :same

2: register sim card via Motorola and put the sim: same error

3:I just put the setool test card :It is going inside and can see the manu.

4:also put different sim card : same

5 put usim hlr4 and registered via Motorola :same.

So what sim I want to put or is there any other ting I want to do

If I remember welll just some versions can be unlocked, tell us the month and year under the battery

Yes not possible to unlock. Appears as unlocked but can't be done
