again phone dead with Otzflasher .1422

Hi
from last month i am unlocking alcatel 1010x with otzflasher but i am faceing diffrent problem. when i unlock its work ok but after remove battery when we try to put battery and turn on it won't turn on. then after i have to format file system then phone turn on but it lock.again unlock and same problem happen again but when i format in some phones imei goes N/A and phone completly dead. i can do all operation from software but phone not turning on please help

I already told many times. DON'T DO ANY FORMAT UNLESS WE TELL SO. Whats the point to do that ? Simply flash the phone will have same effect and phone wont have any problem. Formatting kills the imei and security data. This cannot be recovered.

I suggest before unlock to do this:
1. Power on phone with restricted sim
2. Power it off
3. unlock
4. Power it on without any sim
5/ Power it off
