alacatel ot 108 problem


hi to the team they have new kind of ot 108 in my country and all time i try to connect it no succes i have the good test point
this is the log
Make your handset power off, plug in the UART cable!
Product: OT-108
Load DA file...
Load AUTH file...
Load golden security file...
Start to connect the handset, keep pressing the power on key!
Start to rebuild security region...
IMEI: 359908035861823
Rebuild security region failed!
Error Code: 8029
Please double check the cable and handset connection!
Try it again!
Make your handset power off, plug in the UART cable!

Load DA file...
Load AUTH file...
Load golden security file...

Hi,
No one report the 8029 error for OT-108 before, so I don't add special operation for this model.
But you can select OT-209 in product drop list with the OT-108 flash file in support, and try full image flash function to remove some special security config in memory of your OT-108 handset.
Then do secure region rebuild or code unlock.

is about ot 108 first time i try to unlock it by rebuild security say error 8029
after that i try to select ot 209 and full flash it with ot108 but begin the flash and after few time ask me to chek my cable connection

Which error ID? Post log and check whether your test pin usage is correct.
