alcatel mtk new old version software it cant open and new version is not available at suport site where can i get it and why old version is not working

I have the same problem. I do double Click and the software not open

pls pls pls dont do that its perfect work kindly just update your box or usb and then after reopen it and its work ok the problem is from your end not from software ok i done 10 phones unlock from new software update ok
