Alcatel 1016G Unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

Hi
I am having an issue to unlock Alcatel 10.16G. I have flashed with different firmware but the issue still remains.

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Remove battery and usb cable
2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery
Phone detected (@oem106.inf,%dvcdsc%;SCI USB2Serial)
Preparing to sync;
Port opened [COM6];

Connected;

You are using an old version. Get SPDTooL_v1.0.0.3026.rar
