Alcatel 1041x phone code trying to flash but can not connect? [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

Hi team i have 1041x alcatel basic phone customer forgot the lock code

i need to flash i download the flash file from support i m trying to flash but phone is not connecting.

Code:

Using library Brom_DLL_v5.1316.1

EMI Settings Loaded;

Searching phone;

(for some models keep SPACE or * (STAR) key pressed before inserting the cable)

ERROR: Device not found !

ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

Try to use SERIAL CABLE .

How u mean this cable ?

Can I use rx tx pin out can u give me so i can make the cable n try to flash ?

I means serial cable. GW300 that enters phone socket !
