alcatel 3000h white screen after flash andcan't restore original dump [SOLVED]

hi
plz help i read a dump from working phone and try to flash it with files from support to change lang (i test all files ) from first one it make phone white screen and i try to restore original dump it give me wrong file version ??

the problem is in otz flasher cause i try to read dump again and restore it it give me the same wrong file vision

i tried OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1425
OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1387
OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1415
OTZFlasher_v1.0.0.1601

here is my original dump when i load it to otz flasher it closed and give alot of errors and some virsions of otz flasher load the dump and give me when i flash error file virion

Is normal to give error because dump write is not possible

Get from the support and write 3000H-2[X=A,B,C]ALIN1.otz

I try all files in 3000h folder in the support all give white screen and you hear the phone works I tried to flash it with 3000d it work but only 2 Sims are work not the 3 Sims I wonder why it can't restore the original flash under the battery. 3000h ALIN1 what can I do ?

man really. I told you to get again 3000H-2[X=A,B,C]ALIN1.otz. ITS A NEW FILE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
