Alcatel 4007X can't flash with OTSmart !!!!!

when i start flash Alcatel 4007x,after Loading the file ...Cfg done ...,
i got Error=ERROR: S_FTHND_CALLBACK_REMOTE_GET_FILE_LEN_FAIL

i need urgent, because same provider of phone & contain arabic & Frensh language
