How do I flash this phone. I've downloaded the firmware. There is no no firmware write option on this model on OTSmart.

The reason I want to flash the phone is because it seems that the counter is blocked. I chose the option to direct unlock, but I still get a message that says, "The slot has been permanently locked". Is there a way to unlock this phone?

Direct unlock must work as long you do the same as you see on this video
