Alcatel 4015X ERROR: S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL ERROR: S_SECURITY_INVALID_PROJECT

Hello ,
I tried to flash alcatel 4015X that hang on at first Logo after power ON
But i got this error :
ERROR: S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL
ERROR: S_SECURITY_INVALID_PROJECT

Flashtool wont fix his phone since the error is hw related
