Alcatel 4030x drivers cant install on windows 7 - GSM-Forum

I have frantically been trying to flash an alcatel 4030x in order to reset unlock code counter but cant seem to get it to connect.I have also the method posted on you tube channel of furious but cant seem to get it right.Someone point me in the right direction.here is my log

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM Port (COM42))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM42
ERROR: Timeout waiting !
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

Be sure you reattach the batt and the usb between connection attempts. Else it wont work

i have tried that and its not working.Still same result.Kindly advise what to do next

We sure you install drivers from the otsmart archive only and reboot pc after

Supposing that the correct model was selected then i suggest reflashing this phone.
