Phone must be powered off and when the sw is looking for it you attach the phone. Its pointless to tell you have instructions and even videos on the site. If you dont look them is not our fault !

I did I watched the videos before i asked for help, i get the same issue, looks for phone but does not find. I notice that on my initial plug in of the USB it loads USB composite device and dl750 saying ready to use. but then it says alactel one touch pop d3 no driver found
