hello there, I can't find the model of 4047x on the list, with the latest version online 1.0.0.1555, please help me, which model to chose, also seems my driver pack is 7.15, not 7.17 as showed on the previous message, thanks a lot for any help.

I have issue unlocking 4047x. Software says phone is unlocked and shows 8 digit codes, but phone asks for 16 digit code. How to unlock this?

I selected yes and phone still asks for codes. I ran the unlock 3 times. Phone still asking for 16 digit code. I even tried using other hardware In-Bx which tells me that the phone is already unlocked, so it doesn't read the codes.
This phone has me stumped. What to do?
