ALCATEL 5037X dead after flash [SOLVED]

hi fg team , i have one alcatel one touch 5037x stuck on logo. i flashed the set with the same version flash file 5037X-2ADHMY1 from the support site. software flashed the set successfully , now the set is dead.i am attching the screen shots and logs. pls help me how to revive the set.

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5

Get from support the file 5037X-2[X=A,B]DHMY1.osp i just added and write it

thx for the new file,set is started working with the new file, but its setting is not opening. on opening setting icon it gives this error (no application can perform this action process % is not responding)

That must be some hw fault. Try resetting

after resetting its same . here r the screen shots of error.pls sort out this problem. customer says it was working ok before stuck on logo.

man the phone came stuck on logo to you so how can you tell this stupid thing like "WAS WORKING OK ". Any gadget works ok till gets damaged. And that is the original ALCATEL flash. It crashes because some hw fault

set was working ok as told to me by the customer.set came to me stuck on logo. i flashed the set ,set got dead.you upload the new file set started powered on. some functions are malfunctioned.you told becoz of h/w issue. now on receiving incoming calls , it rings once , then shows busy.pls help me what kind of fault of this is.

man, no idea. I provided you the original flash alcatel provides for that imei ! if you think their flash is bad then can complain directly to ALCATEL. I tell all these problems come from faulty ram or emmc. Try rehoting the emmc
