Alcatel 5056N IMEI DAMAGED AFTER UNLOCK

Dear Team,
I successfully unlocked the above named phone , but got imei damaged after the unlock. how do i resolve this issue. here is unlocking log

Connect the phone powered off with both volume down and up pressed or connect the phone powered off and leave it connected to the usb till it shows the battery/charging screen ;

Yes i did. But showing "NO SIM|NO SERVICE" . the baseband is still ok.

Imei is otp and cannot be damaged. And the message - NO SIM|NO SERVICE is not reffering to the imei.

seems sim tray needs to be checked maybe connectors bad or need to be adjusted

the imei is no more there after the unlocking process, but the baseband is ok . i will re-unlock and post log here to show that imei got damaged

i repeated the unlock procedure, the unlock was successful, imei in the log was ok as well, but checking on the phone with *#06# shows 'IMEI NULL'. is there a way out? here is the log:
