You are using an old version / wrong model se;lection. Get latest from the support support. This thread talks about 5065 and 5056n. Which phone you have and what imei !!? And what you slect from the soft. If you ahev 5056n be sure you select OT-5056N / ONE TOUCH FIERCE 4 (METROPCS) / OT-5056W (T-MOBILE) and not something else
