Alcatel 6040d flashing error


Hi
I need help. When flashing I have this error:

Already too late, my customer must have phone yesterday. I repair by mtk tool flashing original firmware.

phone restart on logo , In fact when i connect on pc its detect alcatel 6040D on Device manager . Then I Download 6040D Firmware & Try Flash

How To confirm Its D Or X Or Normal ?
