Alcatel 7041X 2BALHR1 Flash file

Hi!

I have Alcatel 7041X, phone is dead if I try to flash it I get this error:
Searching phone in emergency mode;
[connect the phone powered off with volume down pressed to the usb cable]
Phone detected (MTK USB Port (COM12))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM12
Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;
ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL
ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;

I found on forum that I need to flash it in Emergency mode with flash file which have original provider ID.
On the sticker is ID:
7041X-2BALHR1
but I can't find that flash on support!

Can you upload flash with this provider ID or with which flash to try to flash it!?
